Champ has been at the kennels since he was a puppy. He is 3 years old now. He was born with no rear legs but that does not stop him. Champ is with Barks of Love rescue and would love to find a family to take him home. We are currently in process of trying to find the perfect wheelchair for champ to help his mobility to keep up with his playful personality. We have built him a custom wheelchair to our best ability, but are looking for a more permanent solution to hel
